Guillermo & Natalie's Wedding Party 2025

WEDDING PARTY UPDATES** (as of April 2nd, 2025)

First and foremost, thank you again for supporting us on our special day! We will list out the entire schedule of available events, but know that some things are OPTIONAL.

We are aware that we are having a Thursday wedding and getting off work is difficult.

Venue: Long Beach Museum of Art

Wednesday April 30th 2025 (Optional* if you can make it)

3:00 PM - Natalie & Guillermo arrive at venue to Load In decorations

- Load in decorations

3:30 PM - Wedding party & family arrives for Rehearsal

- Run through of Ceremony (Kids practice walking down aisle)

- The Ceremony Run of Show will be sent out beforehand so everyone knows what they're doing

4:30 PM - Rehearsal Ends

4:45/5:00 PM - Group Dinner at Ballast Point (110 N Marina Dr, Long Beach, CA 90803)

Thursday May 1st 2025

Morning - Getting Ready at the Airbnb (Hair and M/U for the girls)

     - There will be an Airbnb for the Girls and one for the Boys

2:30 PM - Photoshoot with Wedding Party

3:15 PM - Family/Individual Portraits

4:00 PM - Venue doors open to Guests

4:30 PM - Ceremony begins

5:00 PM - Ceremony ends/Cocktail Hour Begins

6:00 PM - Cocktail Hour Ends/Reception Begins

Dinner, Dancing, etc etc. Party, Party!

10:00 PM - Exit/Clean Up

11:00 PM - Hard out

Parking at the Venue:

We are having Valet Services for the Wedding day. For Rehearsal and on Wedding Day, please park in the Long Beach Museum of Art parking lot. The entrance is small and comes up quick! Look out for a yellow "Parking" banner.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
